This is a homebridge-config-ui-x issue, not a homebridge-myq issue. I'd suggest opening the issue here:

HBMQ doesn't have anything to do with the install/uninstall process...there's nothing I can do here.
It’s not because updating any other plugin does not delete the govee plugin. Describe The Problem: When I update this myQ plugin, it deletes the govee (https://github.com/bwp91/homebridge-govee) plugin. Which mean I have to reinstall the govee plugin every time, then setup all my govee devices and automations.
