Consider replacing it with following adverse reaction example: A patient is prescribed metronidazole for a bacterial infection. Despite warnings, the patient consumes alcohol during the course of the antibiotic treatment. Shortly after drinking alcohol, the patient experiences nausea, severe headache, flushing, and palpitations due to the buildup of acetaldehyde, which results from the drug-alcohol interaction.

@lpg-tech: I don't quite agree. The Compendium states for each isotretinoin medication: 'Do not take if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to peanuts or soya'. https://compendium.ch/product/116902-isotretinoin-mepha-weichkaps-10-mg/mpub#MPub7660 So this example is correct and nothing needs to be changed.

Ja, steht so im Compendium, ebenso für das Sandoz Isotretioin Präparat. Ist aber trotzdem ein Mythos und enthält vielen jungen Leuten eine wirksame Behandlung mit Isotretinoin vor ohne wirkliche Evidenz. [ https://academic.oup.com/bjd/article/189/4/481/7209253 ]
