The functions PlotDoseResponse and PlotSynergy cannot be used in rmarkdown documents because they create new graphics not handled by the knitting proccess with 'dev.new(noRStudioGD = TRUE)'.
I personnally recompiled a version of both functions without this line. While I understand the use of independent graphics to visualize different drugs or different synergy scores, it is a huge issue that one cannot use it in an rmarkdown document.
Could you provide another save.file option so that those functions behave like normal plotting functions ?
