Apb 7583 - iw - Add session id and request id to off-platform requests #476

When requests leaves the MDTP (e.g. requests to DES and IF), the headers are stripped from the request apart from those that are explicitly added. As of now, the only headers that are explicitly added are Authorization and Environment.

To assist live service monitoring, we want to have the session id and request id headers available in the HoD requests so we can link.
