remove overrides from example wrapper #43

Problem

The styles for headings are overwritten in .technical-documentation and a.example wrappers causing inconsistent representation of example markups.

Solution

Remove .technical-documentation class from the markup and remove style related overrides affecting .example wrapper to ensure all stylings are govuk driven.
