- improved highlighting in proxies code
- improved setting to screen height (function is only called when more variables are added than removed)
- when transition spaces are reset, the plot is automatically fitted to screen height
- fixed bug with set realtime
- fixed bug with patient links to cBio
- uncommented loading cBio studies for now to avoid too many unnecessary requests
- included new icons
- cleaned up global row operator classes
