Plate Reader Raw Data Parser: show 1536 wells in the output #111

1536 plate/well ID that the wells came from to be shown in the output.

@JenniferNale: how would one determine the 1536 plate? (in the example you sent me, you labelled them all "2090-2089_1921-1920").

Also, since there are multiple columns in the output sheet, for different readouts, conditions, replicates; then it would seem each would need it's plate identified?

Based on these difficulties; I don't think you can put in one single "sourcePlate" column. The sourceWell column can be created, since we are using the same well from all the source plates in one row of the output sheet.

We could say "which matrix # read in, what quadrant" for the source plate, when deconvoluting (1536 to 384), and "which matrix # read in" when convoluting (96 to 384).
