Create a synonym table for vendor ID's #113

Issue with the BIOMOL ICCB-L Known Bioactives 2012 library vendor IDs:

do not match the vendor IDs in the old libraries
Both vendor and reagent ID have to be the same to enable study link and “other wells with this reagent”

TODO: create a synonym table to facilitate this linking?

Question @dwrobel1; can you confirm:

we wish to create the synonym from reagents in "BIOMOL ICCB-L Known Bioactives 2012" to reagents in: "BIOMOL ICCB Known Bioactives 1" , and also "BIOMOL ICCB Known Bioactives 2, 3" ?

in this case, the vendor name synonym will be

: "BIOMOL" to "Enzo Life Sciences" ?

Yes, "BIOMOL" and "Enzo Life Sciences" should be treated as vendor name synonyms so that all compounds with the same vendor ID are matched for these two vendors. The vendor name for BIOMOL ICCB Known Bioactives 1, 2 and 3 should remain "BIOMOL", and for BIOMOL ICCB-L Known Bioactives 2012 should remain "Enzo Life Sciences".
