Add antisense attribute to SilencingReagent table #124

There will be a "sense" and an "anti-sense" sequence for a silencing reagent.

also, columns visible by default in the library contents view for the siRNA libraries:

visible - sequence visible - anti-sense sequence? hide - screen type visible - entrez gene id visible - entrez gene symbol

Hi Sean,

Sorry to be jumping in late here - the sequences should be options to see when the user has permission (only admin have permission to see Dharmacon sequences, screeners do not). Sequences should not be visible. They should be termed 'sense sequence' and 'anti-sense sequence'

You are correct that we want entrez gene id and entrez gene symbol visible.

I believe Dave has loaded the Ambion Human 1 Duplexes library with anti-sense sequences for testing.

Hi,

I see both sequences for Ambion Human 1 duplexes! Looks good. The column is also visible with the other libraries that do not yet have this information loaded.

I have asked Dharmacon for the anti-sense sequences for all of the new libraries we just purchased. Hopefully we will get this back soon.
