Data sharing visibility: level 2 screeners for mutual positive screens: summary & publishable protocol

For level 1 users/screens: should display all data for the screens;

This issue has been tracked down to the visibility of the screen detail information for level 2 screeners of other mutual positive (level 2) screens.

The method EntityViewPolicy.isAllowedAccessToScreenDetails incorrectly returns False for this case:

• this method has a somewhat misleading name, because it is used in: -- determination of the screen result visibility; the entire screen result would be available if it were true, and only the overlapping hits are supposed to be available. -- determination of the of summary & protocol visibility; it should not be used here, because if the screen has mutual positive hits with this user's screens, then summary and protocol should be visible.
• a new method; EntityViewPolicy.isAllowedAccessToMutualScreenDetails has been implemented: -- is used only to determine the visibility of the protocol and summary. -- it returns true if the screen has mutual positive hits with this user's screens. -- for viewing of screen results, the isAllowedAccessToScreenDetails method will continue to be used.
