Add a "min remaining" report to augment the freeze thaw copies report #151

Freeze Thaw copies report: Plate Screening Count Average > 12 AND Screen Type == Small Molecule AND Plates Available > 0 AND Library Type != DOS

Min Remaining report: (keep everything the same, but replace the screening count check with a min remaining volume check): Screen Type == Small Molecule AND Plates Available > 0 AND Library Type != DOS Min Remaining Volume < 7 uL

@rachel-warden @JAS60 Can you check if the statements for the new min remaining report query above look correct?

implemented - please visit https://dev.screensaver.med.harvard.edu/screensaver/libraries/copyMinimumVolumeReportSearchResults.jsf and verify that the functionality is as expected!

Yikes, quite a few. I think Rachel and I should take a look at this and determine what the libraries actually look like. I’m not so worried about the cherry pick copies or natural product libraries, but a few others should be investigated. Rachel, maybe you can see if these are the ones you have already flagged.
