For some libraries with multiple concentrations of a reagent distributed in different wells of the library, the cherry pick screening process is to select only the highest concentration wells for screening.
To facilitate lab cherry pick workflow, we will create a new library containing only these highest concentration wells in a new plate mapping. Because this new library will contain only the highest concentration wells, it will have fewer plates.
Mapping from the original library to the high concentration library will be facilitated by a new "alternate high concentration well" field that will be stored with the original (lower concentration) wells.
The library curator will load the new high concentration library contents, and then update the original library wells by setting the "alternate high concentration well" value to the well_id in the new high concentration library.
The screener cherry pick selection interface will implement an option for the curator to automatically map from the original screener cherry pick selections to these higher concentration wells
