Ability to sync local aliases to vagrant box #89

Ability to sync local aliases to vagrant box so we can work faster and create/use Magento aliases for much used commands (cache flush, remove static folders, etc.). This also makes it possible for developers to create a one-liner to remove all caching/static/generated stuff.

[x] Support for zsh (https://ohmyz.sh/)

[x] Get aliases file into vagrant machine
[x] Create script that reads the file and grep the alias from the file (in case of .bashrc)

I can't get the files inside the box somehow.

@NickdeK Kwam dit issue toevallig tegen, ik heb dit nu geimplementeerd in commit https://github.com/ho-nl/vagrant-development-box/commit/fc5d1dc29caf6ef21758dda9ef59b775775e9f1b

Ik denk dat dit echter alleen voor bash werkt, dus toevoegingen/aanpassingen zijn welkom
