Organize the directories directly under epss-db.
- Integration and separation of initialization scripts.
- Place the initialization script under ./init-script.
- Integrate multiple scripts.
- Remove unnecessary SQLite3 versions.
- More Docker help.
- Docker first.
- Save mysql data and epss files to docker volume.
- Simplified README.
- Docker first.
The file is redundant and I don't know how to use it. It should be simpler.
