Volume bug? #10

I'm not quite sure but I think i experienced a little bug today: Basically i played a track i made with kiss of shame on there and for whatever reason it started distorting a lot when i played from a certain spot I think it has something to do with automations in fl but it might also be an fl issue (like of the daw) Its not really serious tho since when i just played the sound from a different starting point the bug didn't appear

It's quite possible there is an issue in Kiss of Shame. I've noticed that sometimes there is a very loud peak. Since you're using FL studio, the limiter would have caught this but made it sound distorted. Or it could be another problem.

It's hard to fix unless we can find a way to consistently reproduce it. Thanks for the report in any case!

So I have new info on the bug:

It seems like it has to do with the age mode especially when sandstorm is on. But i do not think it is the fault of kiss of shame since it only happens when combined with some other very cpu heavy plugins that distort/screw with the sound

Ah yes, if the CPU cannot keep up, then the sound gets distorted. The Kiss of Shame still does a few things that it really shouldn't (memory allocations in the audio thread) and these make the plug-in slower than it should be.
