Add rename-path command #21

Added a transmission-files-rename-path command. It can rename paths inside torrent.

Thanks, this was buried in my TODO for adding dired-like things, and I think there's also a rename-directory function that is kinda similar. I will try to take a closer look soon.

This change should handle renaming of directories, too
