Support right now is currently limited to the first connected device. If you are no longer using hte Fossil watch just remove it from the Wear OS app and you will be able to configure the new watch.
Logs can also be found in Settings > Companion App > Troubleshooting > Show and Share Logs
In this case it won't be helpful as we do not support multiple watches
I'm currently using both, though not at the same time. The old watch gets worn when I'm working on a car or tearing out plaster or something more "rough" so I don't damage the new one. 😂
I guess the current workaround is to only configure the "most used" one. That's fine-ish. Maybe the add button could pop up a warning if there's already one set up, though.

Adding the Fossil worked fine months ago. When I try to add the new Samsung watch, it goes to the login page as usual, but the "manage device" page where you name it shows up as the other watch's name, and then takes me back to the login page regardless of if I change the wearos device name or not.
Companion App Logs:
There is no "settings > companion app > show and share logs" option. 🤷♂️
