Changelog will also need a version name update if we want to try and do a release again instead of waiting for the weekly beta tag.

we will provide more updates in https://github.com/home-assistant/android/issues/2537 as it becomes available. We have another release we are trying to get out the door before we reapply with a more thorough explanation.
