Need to verify that we don't have dupes for Pleiades IDs #33

urn:cite:hmt:place.place193 has two different pleiades IDs but is supposed to be two names for the same place: that doesn't make sense.

To clarify: it doesn't make sense because our inventory (and the plea ides inventory!) ought to have unique identifiers per place, no matter how many different names are applied to the place.
