Feature idea: intelligently parse and import Google Takeout from Google Photos

For example, dealing with how Google Takeout annoyingly gives two copies of every photo that's in an album and in your main library, and not ending up with duplicates.

Google Takeout also provides .jpg.json files that could be parsed for additional information.
