Improves EPG handling Adds a new channel_id_renames key/value map option to EPGs to replace EPG channel IDs Fix bug where country, quality where selected from the old channel id/name. Add some new functions for matching/replacing Remove stop words from canonical names Update documentation Removed some redundand code
