Importing ESModules doesn't work correctly

Describe the bug

Loading specific modules doesn't seem to work well:
- The 'class-variance-authority' dev dependency is required - perhaps we need to add this to docs as a peerDependency.
- The css doesn't seem to load well, when testing for the hot-header component.

Expected behavior

Either update docs or add a workaround for needing class-variance-authority dev dep.
Loading in the bundled css styles should style the components.

Appears that it's fixed now - moved cva to dependencies.
