To distribute Naive Bayes using EasyDML #1

Now, the basic frame has been finished, and a basic ML algorithm k-means has been distributed using existing APIs, so try to distribute Naive Bayes, and let me know:

what other APIs are needed?
if there are any huge bugs in EasyDML?
is it really easy to distribute this algorithm on EasyDML?

I have review your commits @Daniel-wudh, and in my opinion, there are still something can be better, including the comments, the style of codes and others, I will do some changes about comments, and other changes will be pull in the future.
