Perfect readme - Githubissues

Please add more information into Readme and make it look like a sample document for deploying, using and running EasyDML:

perfect the introduction of EasyDML, including the features, what we focus on, and how it make programe distributed machine learning algorithm easily.
add how to deploy EasyDML on both Linux and Windows, including the dependences and their version, as well as the commends to make it work.
add how to use EasyDML, maybe an example is wanted to introduce how to use EasyDML to program and run your distributed algorithm.
this is import because only if users can understand the way to use our project easily can we named it "EasyDML"
