Refactor updating the TestRunner automatically #60

Story

AS A enthusiastic SWT student I WANT TO refactor the TestRunner IN ORDER TO feel good about the project

Acceptance Criteria

Currently the steps and scenarios are being updated, when the "Run selected button is being clicked. This isn't very clean as the original test runner already has the functionality to listen for changes in the system. The ACTestRunner should just add another listen to files so that it updates steps and scenarios automatically when they are being changed instead of only on clicking the run button.
