ACTestrunner does not update when ACUserstory is deleted

Expected Behavior

The list of user stories in the ACTestrunner should always be up to date and mirror the state of the tests in the system

Actual Behavior

When deleting an user story the Testrunner does not recognize this change

you need to reopen the test runner for it to update

Steps to reproduce error

open ACTestrunner and delete an user story with it open, you will see it does not recognize this change
