Show delta on "Profile last block again" #11

I as the user want to have a delta value at the top when I spy on the last block again, so that I can quickly see whether my current changes improved my code speed wise.

Needed

[x] Save the last profile time in ms
[x] Provide a space to display the delta number
[x] Calculate delta
[x] Display delta (e.g. +3ms and show last: 12ms, new: 15ms)

Idea: Applies only to "Spy last block again", as the scope doesn't change then and results can be easily compared.
