Determine the cause of chlorophyll outliers and document them before removal decisions based on statistical tests #6

After all of the Chl data are updated to remove duplicate plates, then check all outliers with statistical tests and document the issues prior to removal. Do not use a single cutoff, but instead remove by sample id for statistical outliers only.

When doing Z-score analysis one sample was removed which was POC-471-20220616. This way I figured out how to use stats to remove an outlier but can try a different method if preferred. Script is pushed and figure and stats are put in manuscript. Stats include an ANOVA, Post-hoc test, and levene's test and have been pasted into manuscript for review
