Complete Poc monthly phys sym counts #7

@chloe-gilligan we brought back the sym samples fixed in formalin. Once you finish histology, please continue with the Sym counts you started in Moorea. Remember to wear gloves given the samples contain formalin, and only use glass pipettes and hemocytometers that have been designated for formalin use.

@hputnam The sym counts that we received so far have been done and have been updated to GitHub. Future to do:

  1. Finish sym counts from Moorea
  2. Work on sym count script
