Trim again #19

Take a couple of files, maybe 135 and 135 WG, And trim a bit more to get rid of ~18bp 5', maybe 1bp on other end...

Rerun FastQC--

then Bismark with a variation of setting such that we can fully understand mapping (and possibly improve mapping rate)
