For some of these scripts, you will need to have HPVsim. Follow the instructions to install. You may wish to install them within a conda environment, then use that same conda environment when running the scripts.
The materials are organized by day. Day 1 includes the exercises introducing agent-based modeling in Python. Day 2 includes an example of HPVsim applied to India. Day 3 includes templates for the group work exercises.
