Just to keep track for ourselves, a list of projects "using" or potentially interested in this visualizations tool:

Using:

[ ] NuPIC It is possible to plot both raw CSV (data) and OPF (results) files
[x] ML.benchmarks synthetic anomaly benchmarks & research

Could be interested:

[ ] NAB Possible to display input and results file (but only a single file)
[ ] RiverView https://github.com/nupic-community/river-view/
[ ] Smart Things HTM-bridge
- missing modularity/plug-in support
[ ] EDF+ files for physiology data
[ ] PredictionIO ML research tool

When the list grows a bit, we may add the mentions to the Readme.

@rhyolight with the anomaly highlighting & online monitoring being finished, do you think NuPIC would be interested in a PR to Readme with image of OPF data and link to this project?

I would like to test it out and have an example of how to use it with Hotgym, is that possible?

Yes, we can do that. It would be great to get more users!

I'll add the whole hotgym file to examples. Matt, if you wait a couple of days, we should have the highlighting and online monitoring merged in master, but of which I'd find quite useful of nupic users.

Btw, the online version and firebaseapp.com is out of date; I made an account but couldn't see get to update the app. @rhyolight can you share the access rights with us, or better, be our release manager and update from time to time? :)

I've contacted a national health institute and a few FB groups, investigating what http://health.gnu.org/ is and if we could be any help for them.

If you know any (IT monitoring/medical/...) forums/github projects that might be interested?, ... spread the world. :speaker:

A nice list of medical SW for EDF+ files (EEG,ECG) http://www.edfplus.info/downloads/index.html Can be used for inspiration and to avoid reimplementing the wheel - finding our niche.
