Fixes #26. Chunked streaming in PapaParse #54

PapaParse now uses chunked streaming to process local files. Note that this does not yet allow for streamed files over HTTP.

@breznak - this fixes the issues you were having. This appears to work much better for very large files. Let me know your thoughts.

This also eliminates the "Render" button step.

@jefffohl thanks :+1: this works really well! It nicely closes #26 , I'll merge and cherry-pick some clean-up commits from #27 and close that one as well as obsoleted. Please consider closing #32 as I think it's resolved by this one as well.
