NetMHCpan using multiple CPUs

Having a look at this repository which is:

A simple tool for using NetMHCpan and NetMHCIIpan using multiple CPUs in a Python environment.

• is it easy to implement in the pipeline?
• benchmarking to see if there is a significant speed up in computation time.

This could be an interesting improvement indeed, would save a few file writing and reading, and avoid to run subcommands.

I would keep that for the point where we already have a stable version of Allopipe
