There is some modifications that should also be done in the multiprocess version when this works: https://github.com/huguesrichard/Allopipe/blob/cf8257b63e22d30c5549f64527c4e7daa798dcff/src/multiprocess_ams.py#L119

However: In that case you would need to have a wc file generated for each of the individual or a method to slice the wc file according to the pair of individual. (this feature is not needed now).
