Enhancement: Ability to sort by multiple columns #95

It'd be good to be able to sort by multiple columns in a specific order of preference. That would make it easier to find shelters in the right locations (most important) that would be easiest to call (useful if you're short on time) and are most out of date.

There is a goal to have a single page that makes it easy to “make one call” but manual sorting still sounds like a good idea. We also have an issue to refresh the admin UI/UX where this would be related.

As an update - I looked into the documentation on multi-column sort that you can see here: https://datatables.net/examples/basic_init/multi_col_sort.html. By default, this is already enabled by "User shift click on a column (added the clicked column as a secondary, tertiary etc ordering column)." I tested this on the website and this works. However, this is clearly not easy for users to see - one of the options would be adding a message on the site to explain how this works
