The 'BEGIN' term was missing in a few gawk commands which led to empty input files.
Call plots are now correctly drawn. This bug was introduced when removing unnecessary echo commands during in the previous pull request.
The reason why the table was displayed properly and the barplot wasn't was because the barplot is drawn using a different file that only contains the number of significant vs non-significant candidates. I changed the section name to better reflect what information is shown in the plot.
