[x] use + to join search words in request url
[ ] switch variance determination to the broadly accepted method
[x] check for £ in basePrice to filter out foreign listings
[x] add &LH_ItemCondition=4&LH_PrefLoc=1 to url (used and UK preference)
[x] force searchTerm to lower case in url
