This repository contains project materials, data and codes

The mission of the project is to analyze genome and sequenceing data related to the Hydra vulgaris (Hydra magnipapillata).

Plan:

1. Create work environment.
2. Download data related to the project to the server.
3. Review literature and suggest biologically relevant tasks related to the genome analysis.
4. Make an analysis (datailed description follows).
5. Present the results.

Tasks:

Task will be submittted via GitHub ticket system.

Current team tasks:

• Join team on the GitHub and get familiar with it.
• Test connection with the analysis server and refresh command line skills.
• Downdload data to the server.
• Mask genome repeats.
