Docs: supplement detailed configuration of 'Quick start(using Docker)' #473

What this PR does / why we need it:

This PR supplement a detailed configuration of 'Quick start(using Docker)'. The current guide to configure connection-profile/test-network.json does not list all modifications explicitly such that a user following the guide may fail to start the explorer.
