Clean up repo a bit and add IDE specific configs to gitignore
Add docs folder to gitignore
GHA with force add docs/index.html. Can't test if this will work.
Changed logo to svg. Logo is now shown but rather small
Tried to change CSS to show logo properly, but changes to index.css are not taken into account
Added line in gitpod readme to reload page if window is frozen.

Looks like it is working, but we are still getting a 404 on the image. Perhaps an absolute path is needed for the image?
