Tracking issue for the update to OTEL 0.14.x

The following simplifications will be able to make with 0.14

[x] Do not ingore java core stream classes https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-java-instrumentation/pull/2035
[x] Netty 4.0 public keys https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-java-instrumentation/pull/1995
[x] Use context in apache async client instrumentation https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-java-instrumentation/pull/1951
[ ] Remove testing bootstrap module
