the flake should just have a raspberry pi os system and the virtualbox nixos .ova image with the nixos generator.
the pi os system should be able to have a variant with which could be run on either a pi3 with a CAN hat or our TCU. They both use the same nixos base image anyway, just our CAN config isnt portable rn.
