WIP: Asciidoctor #100

This is a WIP branch for the AsciiDoctor migration of the docs. I've already replaced the Makefile with a new build script using AsciiDoctor. I've started work on a replacement stylesheet but this is far from finished. I also haven't figured out how to include the current site header/nav into the docs template. I'll try to wrap this up in the near future when I find the time.

Note that the doc file contents canonically live in https://github.com/i3/i3, and the release.sh in there will need updates if we change the file extension.
