Fix ref card #96

This PR updates the refcard. Most of it is explained in the commit message for 27f02434d0560609546750700424185f632b35e7, but in short, the ref card should now look good on large desktop screens, mobile screens and print A4 paper.

The current refcard is laid out such that when you print it on a piece of A4 paper, you can fold that paper in half (to make the card stand up) and still see everything.

Would it be possible to make the new print stylesheet have that property, too? That would also reduce the rather big vertical whitespace between key binding and function in the new version.

I've reverted back to the original lay-out. Do you like it better this way? I went for a 1 page Portrait A4 layout. The original styling fits better on a landscape piece of paper.
