Clarify flare_location coordinates #169

Clarify input flare location should be in Helioprojective Cartesian coordinates and convert to STIX coordinates for grid transmission

As pointed out by @afbattaglia using Helioprojective Cartesian would require using an AUX ephemeris file.

@samaloney and @paolomassa I've made an update to the spectroscopy demo showing how to include the location information for calculating the grid response. Do you think it's easily understandable?
