Option to subtract the background monitor counts from pixel data #187

An alternative to using a non-flaring background estimate would be to use the counts from the fully covered pixels in the background monitor detector. This would allow the background estimate to be simultaneous with the flare data although the counting statistics would be much lower.

This was discussed in today's weekly telco:

Ewan has not yet started working on this. Säm believes it is a very low-priority item. We will close it and open it back up should the need arise.
