Print out ELUT file used for correction #200

If the configuration files are not up to date it is possible for stx_date2elut_file.pro to find an incorrect out of date file. It would therefore be useful to print out the ELUT file being used when running the stx_convert_spectrogram and stx_convert_pixel_data routines.
