Add silent keyword and print ELUT name #201

Added silent keyword to stxconvert... routines to suppress the printing of informational messages.

Added print out the filename of the ELUT used to make spectral corrections if this is not set.

Resolves #200

I think I've fixed all the conflicts needs to be reviewed/test.

(Would need to pull on this branch to get the changes)
