Spectroscopy demo fix #207

Some minor changes to spectroscopy demo script

data files now downloaded using UID and stx_get_science_fits_file.pro: this will prevent the script from failing if the file names change between data releases.
additional explanation of options for passing in location
destroy OSPEX objects at end of script Resolves #204

Thanks. No, the elut_index.csv file should be unchanged. It looks identical on my local versions between my branch and the i4Ds master branch so I'm not sure where that came from.
